My favorite pre-workout on the market. I get the berry flavored one and it taste great .
For me it takes about 20 minutes before I feel the effects and it last about 90 minutes to 2 hours.

Huge fan of the increased focus and energy. Have been using it for 30 days and now buying my second container. The taste on the Candy fish is very good so excited to try the rest of the flavors.
