DIRECTIONS

Add 1 scoop of POWDER BURN 2.0™ to a large glass or shaker cup filled with 10 ounces of cold water. Stir or shake for a few seconds until powder is fully mixed. Drink. Tip: For maximum intensity, consume the entire serving quickly. For more gradual energy drink ½ serving about 30 minutes before training and sip on the balance throughout your workout.

    I use it when I need that pick me up after a long day of work but still need to get my training in. It's intense enough to get you needing to go in 15mins but not hard on your system when you need to go to bed shortly after your done training. I've had Orange, Blue Raspberry, and Watermelon. All good flavours, but really like Watermelon.

    I’ve personally tried plenty of preworkout powders in the past, including 2 of the Rivalus Powder Burn 2.0 Flavours. Both blue Raspberry (my favorite) and Knockout (Fruit) Punch. I found that the Rivalus products gave me a good boost, a slight beta tingle, with an increased focus and better yet No harsh crash that some of the other consumer products give . Between the flavour and the effect I couldn’t ask for a better product and sincerely recommend it to everyone!

    It says that this pre-workout should be taken 30-60mins before your workout, but the tingling that you get from the Beta-Alanine comes in way quicker than that! You don't really get a crash from this like you would having a coffee so you can double down on your workouts in a day if you wanted. I take the Watermelon flavoured one and it tastes like a Watermelon Jolly Rancher. Definatly do not take this during a late night workout, use the "COMPLX5" for them.
